Garlic cracker recipe is a delicious or delicious snack recipe that appeals to the palates.

MATERIALS HALF CALD CASSAVA flour
1 cup of coconut flour -Tin pulled-
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon chia seed
1 tablespoon of flax seeds
Half a teaspoon of garlic powder without additives
Less than a quarter of teaspoon of onion powder 2 eggs
1 teaspoon mustard powder
1 cup of drinking water
Half teaspoon of sea salt
Preparation of
In a small pan, add olive oil and then tapioka flour.
Mix on a very low heat until it reaches a custard -like consistency. Blend the oil and flour beautifully.
After the consistency of the opposition is obtained, close the stove and let it rest for 5 minutes until the mixture cools.
Then add drinking water, powdered mustard and two eggs.
In another bowl, blend coconut flour, chia seeds, flax seeds, garlic powder, onion powder and sea salt well. Mix this mixture well.
Then combine the full dry mixture and the wet mixture you prepared at first and get an easy kneadable dough.
Divide this dough into two separate trays.
Open the first dough with the help of a roller until a moderate pizza dough is as thin.
Then apply the same to the second dough.
When the dough is ready, transfer to the trays where you laid greasy paper.
Optionally, some coconut oil or olive oil can be applied on the dough and the donut grass, sesame seeds can be added.
Finally, cut the dough with a knife or pizza cutter in small frames, all of which are ready. And drill small holes with the help of a fork.
Bake the crackers in a 250 degree oven you preheated for 15 minutes until they are brown.
